How to install Office 365 on personal devices


As a student or staff member at Leeds, you are entitled to five free downloads of Office 365 Pro Plus for PC or Mac on to your personal computer or laptop. This page tells you how to download it. 

Before installing Office 365

Before you install Office 365 make sure you have uninstalled any previous versions of Office. There is information on how to do this on the Microsoft Support site

How to get Office 365?

You'll need to log in first on your personal computer at link to Office 365 login page or via Minerva.You need to include leeds.ac.uk after your username. 

Once logged in, from the top right-hand corner of the screen, click 'Install Office'.

 

This page also has links for the Office Online apps, which you can use on any Internet enabled device. You don't need to install Office 365 to use these.
